Abstract

This study aims to measure the application of the Balanced Scorecard at the UPTD Puskesmas Mariana Banyuasin. By using a quantitative descriptive approach, data obtained from secondary data results where the research conducted an evaluation between the 2017,2018 and 2019 periods then compared with the predetermined targets then scored according to the criteria. The results of this study indicate that the financial perspective shows good category, the customer perspective shows sufficient, the internal business process perspective shows less well and the growth and learning perspective shows sufficient. And it can be concluded from these 4 methods that the UPTD Puskesmas Mariana Banyuasin is in the sufficient category
