Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. The population in this study was all teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu which numbered 44 people and sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method used in this study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed a correlation coefficient of 0.765, this showed that Work Discipline has a strong relationship with the Performance of Teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. In the hypothesis testing it is known that The Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of The Teacher of SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu.
