Abstract

This program is one of the government programs to finance business in the form of Credit for working Capital and investment. This study examined the effectiveness of the procedures used to manage the program. Effectiveness is the measure of success in achieving the defined objectives. This study used data from Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Limited, Kayuagung branch, which is a channel institution. The analytical tool used was descriptive analysis. The primary data used in this study were obtained from interviews and questionnaires conducted of 16 (sixteen) of respondent staff involved in the management process of the Program for Retail sector at the Kayuagung branch, while secondary data was taken from documents and forms used in the procedure. The results of the analysis indicate that the implementation of the program at this branch is not completely effective.
