Abstract

The research was conducted in the PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat regency. This study aims to determine how to conduct operational audits for distributing water in PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat regency as well as to assess whether the implementation of the operational audit for distributing the PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat regency is sufficient to be implemented. In this study, we evaluated the operational audit for distributing water in PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat regency. Based on the evaluation of operational auditing over the distribution of water, produced for the implementation of the operational audit findings over the distribution of water in PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat regency. The first findings are recommendations given BPK audit report is not operational over the distribution of water is the result of discussions with the PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat regency, consequently the realization of operational audits performed over the distribution of water is not adequate to BPKP conducted by PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat regency. The second finding is about the various limitations PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat regency to follow recommendations issued by the BPKP, BPKP so that the recommendations given are not followed by the auditee, the PDAM Tirta Lematang Lahat regency.
