Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Inventory Turnover terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada perusahaan sub sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2007-2012. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 37 perusahaan dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 26 perusahaan sub sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah data sebanyak 156 data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T serta uji F dengan level of significance < 5%. Selain itu juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current ratio secara parsial signifikan terhadap ROA. Sementara Debt to equity ratio dan Inventory Turnover secara parsial tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya perlu mempertimbangkan penambahan periode waktu, variabel dan sub sektor perusahaan lainnya sehingga jumlah sampel pada penelitian bervariasi.
