Abstract

Doing sanitation and improvement of macro or micro channel and keeping the flood gates will support land use system with first gardening season (rice plant) as well as second gardening season (corn crop) as well, because water can be arranged and used to maximum based on need in agriculture land. The aim of this study were to (1) find out the water system and condition in Telang Sari P17-2N, (2) Find out the agriculture land use system as well as the steps of farmers’ business activities in Telang Sari 17-2N village (3) Find out the connection between land use system and the condition of water system in Telang Sari P17-2N village. The method of this study was observation survey with land area 128 ha. The result of this study were secondary channel condition was not good enough, dirty and shallow, so the circulation of enter and exit tide water from primary channel did not run smoothly. Beside secondary channel, the condition of tertiary condition (there were overgrown weed & dirty), quarter channel when first gardening season (rice plant) and second gardening season (corn crop). Land use system was variety in Blok Sekunder P17- 2N, there were land that was used for annual crops and also used for food crops land, but the land ware still dominated by food corps land with land 85% while for the annual corps were 15%.
