Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “PELAKSANAAN STANDAR PENENTUAN UPAH MINIMUM KOTA PALEMBANG”, adapun permasalahan dalam skripsi ini yang pertama adalah Bagaimana Penerapan Upah Minimum Pekerja di Kota Palembang dan yang kedua Apakah Kendala Pelaksanaan Upah Minimum Pekerja di Kota Palembang. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian Empiris. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah Primer, Sekunder dan Tersier. Dari hasil penelitian ini Bagaimana Penerapan Upah Minimum Pekerja di Kota Palembang dapat mengetahui besaran upah yang diterima oleh pekerja dari perusahaan yang memperkerjakan buruh tersebut, dan apakah memiliki kendala untuk menerapkan upah standar yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh dewan pengupahan dan disahkan oleh gubernur Kota Palembang. agar terciptanya kebutuhan hidup layak bagi buruh atau pekerja.
