Abstract
In natural disasters, floods cannot be predicted by humans. However, technology can be used as a business instrument to help overcome human scarcity in the face of floods. So far, in urban areas that are prone to flooding in densely populated areas in the event of a long storm, this is the finding of flood heights in floodprone residential areas, and many people find out the details of flood heights. Only by contact or word of mouth in residential areas, which generally do not provide reliable data. So it is still not possible to think calmly whether the flood is in the city or in the city. In this scenario, this tool is designed to automatically and monitor the water level in the flood and provide information to the user that the flood level is in accordance with the specified limits. This tool uses a water level sensor input, OV 2640 camera module, ESP 8266 microcontroller, ESP 32CAM microcontoler and output on blynk and SMS notifications.
