Abstract

Performance-Based Budgeting is a budgeting system and organizational output oriented and closely related to the vision, mission and strategic plan of the organization. This study aims 1) to determine whether the South Sumatra Police Regional Command have implemented a performance-based budgeting 2) to assess the achievement of performance analysis in South Sumatra Police Regional Command in measuring the success of the performance of South Sumatra Police Regional Command. In this research the writer uses descriptive qualitative research method of analysis. This study was conducted from December to February 2014, secondary data used in the research is the data from the South Sumatra Police Regional Command 2010,2011,2012, where data have been collected, compiled, analyzed and described so as to provide information for solving those problems. The results showed that the South Sumatra Police Regional Command have made a performance based-budgeting according to the targets set in DIPA / RKA-KL South Sumatra Police Regional Command. South Sumatera Police Regional Command performance and achievement is good.
