Abstract

This study aims t o look a t the tax collection procedures of bird's nest and the real tax potential of a bird's nest, and efforts should be made by the Department PPKAD in order to increase tax revenues bird's nest. Research done by direct interview with the taxpayer bird's nest. The data used is the realization of local tax revenue in 2011-2013. The results of this study indicate that the tax collection procedures of the bird 's nest is in compliance with local regulations Muara Enim district number 10 of 2010 on local taxes . Potential bird nest real tax for 2013 amounted to Rp . 112.4 million. Efforts must be made by the Department PPKAD as implementing tax collection record the bird's nest is right around the bird's nest taxpayers, provide socialization and education to taxpayers, to analyze in more detail the potential and improve Service performance officer to the taxpayer.
