Abstract
An insecticide carbofuran, insecticides are often used by farmers to protect crops and plants, especially one with a power potent insecticide kills insects are more active. The application of insecticides is carried out by farmers by spraying and deployed that allows largely fallen insecticide residues on the soil surface insecticide carbofuran residue can interfere with the activity of non-target organisms, such as soil animals, especially earthworms. Carbofuran toxicity are reversible, direct obstacle to the activity of the cluster kholinesterase through karbomoylasi ester of the enzyme. Accumulation of acetylcholine at nerve junctions knot mioneural cause toxic effects. Accumulation of insecticides on the earthworm is important to know because the land animals can act as redestribusi insecticide that can affect transfer chain insecticide to a level higher organisms. The side effects of the insecticide carbofuran can be a reduction in the number of individuals, constraints on the metabolic activity, behavior and reproductive barriers and hatchability cocoon in the soil biota. The purpose of this study to determine the number of cocoon P. javanica resulting from the provision of insecticide carbofuran mixture with cow feces feed given and to know the percentage of P. javanica cocoon hatchability resulting from the provision of insecticide carbofuran mixture with cattle cow feces given. The research was conducted in November 2016 to January 2017. The study design using completely randomized design and the data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of this study, the higher the concentration of the insecticide carbofuran is given, then decrease the number of cocoons produced P. javanica. Meanwhile, the decline in hatchability cocoon P. javanica caused by side effects of carbofuran insecticides that disrupt the nervous system and the endocrine system. The conclusion from this study that the highest number of cocoon P.javanica on feeding cow feces mixed with % carbofuran by 3.62 and the lowest number of cocoons produced in the provision of cow feces mixed with 0.5% carbofuran at 0.62 coccon/compared with other treatments. P.javanica cocoon hatchability highest average on feeding cow feces mixed with 0% carbofuran at 70,65% and hatchability of cocoons produced the lowest in the delivery of cow feces mixed with 0.5% carbofuran at 29.85% compared with the other treatments.
