Abstract
This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process prospective employees in Palembang Perumnas order to know the flaws and weaknesses in the management and implementation of the recruitment process so that prospective employees can be improvements needed in the future. These results indicate the candidate recruitment process of employees in Palembang Perumnas not completely worked effectively, so as to cause the prospective employees are less efficient for the company. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the prospective employee recruitment process is not running effectively and efficiently. To overcome these problems, the authors suggest the recruitment of prospective employees can be done with open and setting the schedule confirmed prior to the applicant. So that applicants feel confident with the existing vacancies and applicants also get a definite schedule. Housing Housing for employees to act honestly in carrying out the recruitment of new employees if it does not fit with what they do, it will easily lead to feelings of dissatisfaction.
