Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem penggajian pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama cabang Palembang telah berlangsung secara efektif dan efesien. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan riset kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalah teknik analisis kualitatif deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa system penggajian pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama cabang Palembang telah beijalan dengan cukup baik, namun masih membutuhkan beberapa perbaikan agar system penggajian perusahaan menjadi lebih baik lagi.
