Abstract

The corporate social responsibility program for the BUMN house of PT Semen Baturaja has the aim of helping the UMKM around the company to be more advanced and developing. However, based on the researchers' pre-research data, researchers found discrepancy in the success of the Baturaja BUMN house program. Therefore it is necessary to conduct a communication evaluation on the BUMN home program, through a program communication audit. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the planning and implementation of communication in the state-owned house program PT Semen Baturaja. By starting on The International Public Relations Association Model Of Evaluation. Where this model consists of three stages in carrying out the evaluation, namely the input, output, and outcome stages. The research method used is an evaluative method with a qualitative approach, and this research technique using purposive sampling technique. While the data collection technique is done by conducting face-to-face interviews, network analysis techniques, communication practice, and documentation study. The results showed that the input stage for the BUMN Baturaja home program used communication interactions such as meetings, reporting and coordination based on ministerial regulations. Meanwhile, in the output stage, the implementation of communication runs well and is balanced between the BUMN house and its partners. Finally, at the outcome stage, it was found that there were significant changes in action, behavior, attitudes and knowledge in BUMN house partners.
