Abstract
The objective of this research is to know rate how the training heeded to increase the work rate of public servant at region public servant department Palembang so that it increases the work achievement of public servant. The result of this research showed that the numbers public servant’s training at region public servant department Pale bang was still small. It was showed form the result of the research through frequency and regression analysis that there was a significant relationship between the training and the work rate. The increasing of public servant human resource quality through the training was very essential and absolute to be applied because of the Science and technology fast growing and also the public servant’s competency to increase the affectivity and the efficiency of public servant’s work rate. To enhance the work rate of public servant, the training is better to be applied continuously by heeding the factor such the public servant’s education level by allocating the fund and sufficient education to the quality public servant.
