Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Ekuitas Merek Carrefour terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen di Kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk masing-masing indikator variabel independen yaitu variabel kesadaran merek, Persepsi Kualitas dan Citra Merek secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Untuk tetap terus mempertahankan Ekuitas merek Carrefour, Penulis menyarankan agar perusahaan menjaga dan meningkatkan pelayanan yang mengutamakan kepuasan pelanggan untuk menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan.
