Abstract

The purposes of this research are: 1) to analiyze the factors that affect the production of robusta coffee powder at Semendo Darat Laut Subdistrict Muara Enim District, 2) to calculate comparation the value added of robusta coffee powder processing based on raw materials at Semendo Darat Laut Subdistrict Muara Enim District, 3) to analyze comparation income of robusta coffee powder processing based on raw materials at Semendo Darat Laut Subdistrict Muara Enim District, 4) to analyze the business development strategy of robusta coffee powder processing at Semendo Darat Laut Subdistrict Muara Enim District. The research has been conducted at Semendo Darat Laut Subdistrict Muara Enim Districton December 2017. The method used in this research was survey method. The average revenues of processor industry asalan robusta coffee powder is 2.035.878,22 IDR with value added percentage 44,23 %. The average revenues of processor industry premium robusta coffee powder is 3.467.480,90 IDR with vallue added percentage 52,51 %. The strategy used to industry asalan robusta coffee powder and premium is startegy SO or agresif strategy, that is used the power to take advantage of existing opportunities..
