Abstract

Incident management in academic information system services is one of the main business processes at IBA Palembang University. In its operations, IBA University has never conducted systems evaluation, so it is necessary to measure the maturity level of the system service to find out in advance how extend the provided services have met the standards. This research uses ITIL version 3 as a framework for measuring the maturity level. The data used are primary data obtained through distributed questionnaires to several service desks and the IT department of IBA University. The results of this study are the status and maturity level of the incident management service in academic information system at IBA Palembang University which is at level 3 with a Defined status.
