Abstract

The implementation of the nursing care plan (NCP) in Indonesia has not been optimal yet. The problems were found that NCP was not arranged according to the standards and the capability of the nurses to make NCP without any guidance. The purpose of this research is to produce a prototype application as a guidance in making nursing care plan especially in environmental category. The research design which will be used is ADDIE stands for Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery and Evaluations. The research found an aplicationcreating NCP which had been tested using blackbox testing and usability. Blackbox testing is carried out by researchers and the results of the application can be run in according to the application design, there are no obstacles when the application is run, and all application features can be used. Usability testing was carried out using the JR Lewis questionnaire, consisting of 19 questions to be answered by 7 users (FK UNSRI nursing students), the results of usability testing were obtained in 3 categories, namely the usability category 6.0, information quality 6.2, and quality. interface 5,8. The overall result of usability is 6.0 with very feasible category. Tests prove that the alloy application for making NCP is very suitable for use.
