Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh sistem penilaian prestasi keija terhadap prestasi keija karyawan Departemen Pemeliharaan PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2006 — 2008 prestasi kerja karyawan Departemen Pemeliharaan PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja tidak mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penilaian prestasi keija karyawan dibandingkan dengan departemen lainnya. Hasil penilaian didapat dari Departemen Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja. Berdasarkan penelitian dengan menggunakan Software SPSS 12, diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebesar Y = 19,423 - 0,068Xi + 0,588X2 + 0,78 8X3. Untuk memperbaiki perancangan sistem ( Xi ) penilaian prestasi keija yang adil dan objektif, sebaiknya perusahaan atau atasan penilai melakukan langkah - langkah dalam melaksanakan penilaian prestasi kerja terhadap karyawan secara berurutan, yaitu pendefinisian pekerjaan, penilaian prestasi keija, dan menyiapkan balikan.
