Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of social support toward subjective well-being among college students who participate in online learning. This study used 150 college students at X University as participants and 60 college students as try out participants. There are two measuring instruments used in this study, subjective well-being scale which is the standart scale modified by Utami (2009) and the social support scale which refers to the types of social support by Sarafino and Smith (2017). Analysis of research data using simple linear regression analysis method. The results of the research analysis shows R square = 0.223, F = 42.370, and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This result means social support has a role toward subjective well-being among college students who participate in online learning. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, with the contribution of social support toward subjective well-being is 22.3%.
