Abstract

As we know, at 2008, 90% trade in Indonesia doing by little company and individual company. But not many research use company like this as their object. So researcher interesting to research individual company and the objective of this research is to find out the influence of corporate culture toward employee performance in Cahaya Abadi Palembang. Researcher uses some methods, like library research, questioners, and interview as the tools in collecting the main data In this research. After those primary data collected, researcher use statistics program, namely SPSS version 12. This research use validity test, reliability test and normality test. Result this research shows those following corporate culture has an influence toward employee performance. But the other side, there ’s not only corporate culture that influence an employee performance. That ’s like employee motivation, how a leader leading a company, compensation and the others. Researcher also proceed to company, to do the next research to find another factors that can be influence employee performance.
