Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of net exports, investment, inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and foreign debt on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves as well as the simultaneous relationship of these variables. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Worldbank in the period 2000 to 2019. The analysis technique used is simultaneous processing using the Two Stage Least Square (2SLS) method. Based on the results of the estimation carried out, it shows that investment, exchange rates and foreign debt have a significant relationship to foreign exchange reserves and based on the results of the simultaneous Hausman test and the F test, the statistics show that there is a simultaneous relationship between foreign exchange reserves and foreign debt.
