Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on the satisfaction of undergraduate students of Sriwijaya University as consumers on using Go-Ride in Palembang. This study uses data obtained by a survey with the help of a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 people from the total population, the method used is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS program version 25 as a tool. The results showed that price and service quality partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of undergraduate students of Sriwijaya University on using Go-ride in Palembang.
