Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara sistem penilaian kinerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Cabang Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penilaian kinerja yang terdiri dari standar kinerja, pelaksanaan penilaian, dan umpan balik memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BTPN Cabang Palembang. Pemberian umpan balik memiliki pengaruh dominan sedangkan standar kinerja memiliki pengaruh terkecil terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan pada PT. BTPN Cabang Palembang. Model regresi yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa semua variable bebas (sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap varaibel terikat (kinerja karyawan). Kata kunci: sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan, kinerja.
