Abstract

ABSTRAK Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) merupakan virus dapat menyebar dengan cepat dari manusia ke manusia. Sekolah merupakan salah satu lokasi yang potensial dalam penyebaran COVID-19. Kurangnya sarana sanitasi cuci tangan pakai sabun ataupun berbasis hand sanitizer dapat menjadi penyebab terjadinya penyebaran COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesiapan fasilitas sanitasi sekolah yang berhubungan dengan sarana cuci tangan dalam pencegahan COVID-19 di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasional. Informasi diperoleh dengan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah content analysis, dan dengan metode triangulasi seperti triangulasi sumber, triangulasi data, dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah sudah memiliki sarana cuci tangan pakai sabun (CTPS), namun belum dilengkapi dengan wastafel, alat pengering tidak tersedia, saluran pembuangan air tidak tertutup, dan kondisi yang kurang terawatt. Penyediaan sarana cuci tangan berbasis hand sinitizer telah tersedia dan dianggarkan dengan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). Dalam pelaksanaan CTPS masih ada warga sekolah yang tidak mengetahui cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar, belum dilaksanakannya cuci tangan berkelompok. Pihak sekolah telah menyiapkan masker cadangan, alat pendeteksi gejala COVID-19 (thermogun) sebagai upaya pencegahan COVID-19. Pelaksanaan pencegahan COVID-19 belum optimal karena masih ada warga sekolah yang tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan disatuan pendidikan secara optimal. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pihak sekolah belum memiliki fasilitas sanitasi CTPS yang sesuai dengan peraturan dan penerapan protokol kesehatan belum optimal, serta telah dilakukan sosialisasi terkait pentingnya cuci tangan namun masih ada siswa yang tidak mengetahui langkah mencuci tangan yang benar. Saran penelitian ini sebaiknya sarana CTPS disekolah dilengkapi agar sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku dan melakukan perawatan terhadap fasilitas sanitasi yang ada. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Sanitasi, Kesiapan Sekolah, Pencegahan COVID-19,Cuci Tangan Kepustakaan : 39 (2004-2020) ABSTRACT The Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) is a virus that emerged at the end of 2019 in Wuhan, China which can spread rapidly from person to person. One of the locations that can cause the spread of COVID-19 is a school. One of the cause of the spread of COVID-19 in schools is the lack of sanitation facilities, washing hands with soap or alcohol-based. The purpose of this study is to analyze the readiness of school sanitation facilities related to hand washing facilities in the prevention of COVID-19 at SMK Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau city. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with an observational approach. The information is obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. The data analysis used in this research is content analysis, and validity test with source triangulation, data triangulation, and method triangulation. The results show that there is already means of washing hands with soap but not equipped with a sink, no dryer, open drainage, and poorly maintainingutu conditions. The provision of alcohol-based hand washing facilities is available and budgeted for with School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds. In the implementation of hand washing with soap (CTPS), there are still school members who do not know how to wash their hands properly and correctly, they have not carried out group hand washing. The school has prepared a spare mask, a symptom detector for COVID-19 (thermogun) as an effort to prevent COVID-19. The implementation of COVID-19 prevention has not been optimal because there are still school residents who do not optimally implement health protocols in education units. It can be concluded that the school has not implemented the protocol optimally. The suggestion for this research is that hand washing facilities in schools should be equipped so that they are in accordance with the applicable health protocols and take care of existing sanitation facilities.
