Abstract

Semakin ketatnya persaingan di dunia industri menjadikan CV. Honda Union Motor harus mampu memberikan pelayanan yang baik bagi konsumennya demi menjaga eksistensi perusahaan di tengah semakin banyaknya pesaing saat ini. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi contohnya multimedia yang bisa digunakan untuk mempresentasikan Standard Service Transaction guna untuk mengukur seberapa puas pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang telah diberikan dengan dikemas semenarik mungkin. Akan tetapi, sejalan dengan penggunaan multimedia ini, perlu adanya pengukuran penerimaan terhadap teknologi tersebut. Untuk mengukur apakah penggunaan teknologi multimedia ini bisa diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Sebuah metode telah diperkenalkan oleh Venkatesh et.al yang dapat membantu dalam pengukur tingkat penerimaan dan penggunaan terhadapap teknologi multimedia yang dijalankan. Metode tersebut, yaitu Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang merupakan hasil dari gabungan beberapa teori terdahulu. Hasil dari pengukuran ini berupa persentase tingkat penerimaan dan penggunaan terhadap aplikasi multimedia tersebut yang terbagi atas empat variabel antara lain Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Facilitating Condition.
