Abstract

Analisis fundamental merupakan suatu analisis yang mempelajari hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan kondisi keuangan suatu perusahaan sehingga dapat diketahui sifat-sifat dasar dan karakteristik operasional dari perusahaan tersebut Analisis fundamental memiliki hubungan atau keterkaitan dengan harga saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui analisis fundamental dan (2) mengetahui hubungan faktor fundamental terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan yang go public di Bursa Efek Jakarta. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis fundamental dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Analisis fundamental menggunakan rasio-rasio keuangan yang terdiri Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Total Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Eamings per Share (EPS), dan Price Earnings Ratio (PER). Hasil penelitian tentang analisis fundamental menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) dan Earnings per Share (EPS) cenderung meningkat selama periode 2002-2006 dan Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Total Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Price Earnings Ratio (PER) cenderung berfluktuasi selama periode 2002-2006. Hasil penelitian tentang analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa CR, ROA, ROE, EPS, dan PER memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan harga saham. Sebaliknya, DER memiliki hubungan yang negatifterhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Analisis fundamental dan harga saham.
