Abstract

The research entitled "Comparison of the Word Square Learning Model with the Scramble Learning Model of Students' Learning Outcomes in History Subjects in Eleven Class Senior High School YKPP Pendopo, PALI Regency". The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there are differences in student learning outcomes in history subjects using the Word Square learning model using the Scramble learning model in Eleven Class Senior High School YKPP Pendopo, PALI Regency. The research objective was to determine differences in student learning outcomes in history subjects using the Word Square learning model using the Scramble learning model in Eleven Class Senior High School YKPP Pendopo, PALI Regency. The sample used in this study consisted of two classes, namely Eleven Class Social Sciences 1 as the first experimental class and Eleven Class Social Sciences 2 as the second experimental class. The population of this study were all students of Eleven Class at Senior High School YKPP Pendopo, PALI Regency. As for the determination of the sample in this study using a random sampling technique. Techniques in data collection used were tests / questions. The data analysis technique used the data normality test formula, the data homogeneity test, and the t test to prove the hypothesis with a significant level dk = n_1 + n_2= 58 with a real level (= 0,05). Based on the results of data analysis carried out in the first experimental class and the second experiment, it was obtained t_hitung = 1,778 and = t_tabel 1,671 or t_hitung > t_tabel, then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes in history subjects using the Word Square learning model using the Scramble learning model in Eleven Class Senior High School YKPP Pendopo, PALI Regency.
