Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai kinerja Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasionalnya secara ekonomis, efisiensi, dan efektivitas yang dianalisis dengan metode indikator value for money. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data keuangan dan data-data pendukung lain dalam periode tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dinyatakan tidak efisien pada tahun 2009 dan 2010, namun dinyatakan ekonomis dan efektif pada tahun 2009 hingga 2011. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa kerusakan peralatan kantor dan kekosongan jabatan di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.
