Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of the E-Kelurahan program at the Plaju Ulu Urban Village Office in Palembang City". This study aims to find out how the implementation of the E-Kelurahan program in the Plaju Ulu Urban Village Office in Palembang City. This research focuses on the system used by the Plaju Ulu Village in serving the people of Plaju Ulu Village. This research uses implementation theory from Ripley and Franklin. The results showed that the implementation of the E-Kelurahan Program in the Plaju Ulu Urban Village Office in Palembang City had not met the Standard Operating Procedure in its implementation. The dimensions of Compliance Level are still not quite appropriate because there are still employees of Plaju Ulu Village who have not been able to run the E-Kelurahan program in the process of service to the community, on the dimensions of Smooth Routines and Functions. infrastructure is available but operational costs such as purchasing network packages have not been provided by the Government, this is burdensome for the Plaju Ulu Village to implement the E-Kelurahan program every day, on the dimensions of the desired Impact is not yet appropriate due to the implementation of the E-Kelurahan program in the Plaju Village Office Ulu has not walked every day for the process of service to the community. With the many shortcomings in the implementation of the Plaju Ulu E-Village program, the Government should pay more attention to the service system using this E-Kelurahan program by providing a budget for the implementation of a program like this.
