Abstract

This research is to know how significant the influence of working Capital turnover, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio toward profitability (return on investment indicators) partially or simultaneously to mining sectors in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The statistic test done by a double regression analysis approach with 5% of significancy level where the conclusion of the test taken according to the result off test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). This research shows the variable of working Capital turnover, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio doesn’t influence toward the significancy of profitability simultaneously since the significancy of F value > 5%. This shows from correlation value about 31,4% and R square value 9,8%. It means the independent variable (working Capital turnover, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio) can influence the change of profitability for 9,8%, the rest is 90,2% influenced by another variable which not involved in this research. Meanwhile, partially only current ratio that is influence to the profitability significantly. According the result of this research, writer suggesting the company to hold the gain of current ratio and fixing working Capital turnover and debt to equity ratio maintenance as effective and efficiently to increase company profitability.
