Abstract

This research is a research that uses descriptive quantitative methods that have the aim to know the level of academic stress of students during online learning in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of Sriwijaya University. The population in this study was 233 students with sampling using the technique "Random Sampling" which is taken randomly with the number of 70 students. The sampling involved in the research were Guidance and Counseling Student FKIP of Sriwijaya University.Data collection instruments using Academic Stress questionnaires During online learning using Likert measurement scales spread through online media with google form. Data analysis using percentage formulas. The results of the study showed that there is (1) Percentage of Academic Stress of guidance and counseling students FKIP of Sriwijaya University ranked in the high category of 15.71%, medium category 65.71%, and low category of 18.57%. (2) Based on the cognitive aspect, students are in the moderate category of 65.71% with the highest percentage on one of the indicators of cognitive aspects, namely experiencing confusion 21.93%, in terms of affective aspects students are in the moderate category of 65.71% with the highest percentage of affective aspect indicators that have poor ability 18.74%, then in the physiological aspect of students what in the moderate category 68.57% with the highest percentage on the indicator of physiological aspects that is having difficulty sleeping 10.98%, and in the behavioral aspect of students are in the moderate category of 72.86% with the highest percentage on one of the behavioral aspect indicators that is doing work delays 11.17% during online learning.
