Abstract

Rating on the bank m principle represents the interests of all parties concerned, both the owner and manager of the bank, community bank Service users and Bank Indonesia as the coach and supervisor of banks. This study aims to find out how influence the financial performance of the stock price of State Bank and Private Banks in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study uses the ratio of CAR, NPL, ROI, BOPO, and LDR. Based on the analysis results can be seen that overall, the level of government bank health is better than private banks in the period 2007-2009. Analyzing the data using statistical data processing Software SPSS 11.5 for Windows. Testing statistical hypothesis test is performed with individual significance test (t statistic) and the simultaneous significance test (F statistic). The results of individual significance test (t test) showed that the government banks and private banks performance of CAR, NPL, ROI, and LDR BOPO no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneous Test Results (F test) showed that neither the Government nor the Bank Private Bank, all independent variables are CAR, NPL, ROI, and LDR BOPO had not significant effect on the dependent variable (stock price)
