Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress of service quality. The number of sampels taken 38 nurses at Dr. Eko Maulana Ali General Hospital In Bangka Belitung Province were made respondents. The data used is primary data taken from questionnaire. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression method. The data analysis prepared using SPSS (sold product statistict) program version 25. The result in this study state that work stress has positive and significant effect on service quality of nurses in Dr. Eko Maulana Ali General Hospital In Bangka Belitung Province.
