Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel current ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap rentabilitas ekonomi karena nilai F signifikan < 5%. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai korelasi sebesar 4,3 % dan nilai R square sebesar 63% yang artinya variabel current ratio mampu mempengaruhi perubahan rentabilitas ekonomi 63%, sisanya 27% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel current ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap rentabilitas modal sendiri karena nilai F signifikan lebih kecil dari 5 %. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai korelasi sebesar 3,5 % dan nilai R squere sebesar 65,9 % yang artinya variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Untuk menjaga likuiditas, penulis menyarankan agar perusahaan tidak meningkatkan hutang jangka pendek melebihi peningkatan aktiva lancar. Sedangkan untuk rentabilitas perusahaan berusaha untuk menurunkan operating expenses yang relatif besar dan meningkatkan penjualan sehingga laba yang diperoleh akan meningkat.
