Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are abnormal stock return of cigarettes company before and after launching the statement unlawful for smoke by Indonesian Ulama Group. That law is a negative sentiment for stock of cigarette company. So, need testing by One Sampled T- test. The research shows nothing abnormal retum difference between before and after launching that statement by Indonesian Ulama Group. In another word, there is a difference but not significant.
