Abstract

ARDANI PUTRA. Application of Liquid Bioinsecticide from Bacillus thuringiensis and Metarhizium anisopliae Agains Pest Population Family Delphacidae, Ciccadelidae, Alydidae And com unity in Lowland Paddyfield (Supervised by Prof. Dr. Ir. Siti Herlinda M,Si and Ir. Bambang Gunawan M,Si). Type of haustellate mouth is piercing-suckingas mostly pest of plant rice. The aims of these researched to know the impact of liquid bioinsecticide applicationon population of Haustellatepest and predator insectcommunities.This research has been conducted in lowland rice in Pelabuhan Dalam, District Pemulutan, Ogan Ilir,South Sumatra Province. Making bioinsecticide done in Entomology Laboratory of Plant Pests and Diseases Department of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya. This research starts from September to December 2014. The research arranged on randomized block design with 3 treatment and 4 replicated. The treatment applied were Bacillus thuringiensis, Metarizium anisoplia, and no treatment aplied. The result showed that Baccillus thuringiensis bioinsecticide decreased the population of pests from ordo Homoptera, and also no effect on spider insect communities. Total of spider predator species was abundant after observation on 40 days after planted and decreased in subsequent observations. Conclusions of this study were BioinsecticidesBacillus thuringiensis and Metarizium anisopliae apliplication applied could suppress of family Delphacide and Ciccadelide populationbioinsecticide was not dangerous to spider insect.
