Abstract
Internet incentive financing is established to optimize the price of internet services in the internet financing scheme. This study uses heterogeneous consumers based on the desire to pay. Increasing consumer needs for the internet, makes consumers want the best quality service which makes service providers will compete to provide the best service to improve service quality and attract consumers. This is the basis for making this research. This research was solved as a Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) problem. This study aims to obtain the optimal model and solution of an improved internet incentive financing model with a combination of bundling, Quasi-Linear utility functions, high demand and low demand consumers, and reverse charging as well as flat fee, usage based, and two part tariff financing schemes. This model was solved using the LINGO 13.0 application. The optimal solution for this model is obtained in the case of α as a variable and β as a parameter with a two part tariff financing scheme when 〖PQ〗_ij increases and x increases, with an incentive value of IDR 399,297/kbps.
