Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. MELATI Palembang. Hipotesis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah stres keija berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kineija karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 35 orang karyawan CV.MELATI. Penelitian ini menggunakan stres keija sebagai variabel independen dan kineija karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Data yang diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17 menghasilkan persamaan regresi sederhana yaitu Y = 38,884 - 0,198X. Berdasarkan uji t yang dilakukan, didapatkan nilai thmmg = 2,660 dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres keija berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
