Abstract

This research aimed to find out how big the influence Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) simultaneously and partially to the company's stock price on food and beverage sector the study period in 2006 until 2009. The sample used was 12 food and beverage company listed at BEI. In this study, statistical tests of multiple regression analysis with partial test (T test) and simultaneously (Test F). The results showed that the simultaneous test (Test F) variable EPS, ROA and PER have a significant impact on stock prices of food and beverage company. However, the partial test (Test T) only EPS and ROA variables that significantly influence the stock price while the PER does not significantly influence the stock price of food and beverage company.
