Abstract

This research is motivated by mastery in measurement lessons, the lack of variation in the use of media in learning and the lack of involvement of students in the learning process. This study aims to produce a quartet card media that is feasible to develop measurement methods for students. This research is research & development with reference to the model developed by Borg & Gall. The development procedure is carried out in several stages, namely (1) initial information gathering, (2) planning, (3) product format development (4) individual trials, (5) product revisions, (6) small group trials, (7) results. product. The subjects in this study were 9 students. The data collection techniques used were the method of observation, questionnaires, and expert validation. The instruments in this study were the observation sheet and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is quantitative to qualitative techniques. Quartet card media development is feasible by taking the seven stages of the Borg & Gall research model. This quartet card media is suitable to be used to develop ways of measuring students. This is evidenced by the assessment of the material expert validation getting a final assessment of 71 with the "Very Appropriate" category, the validation used is from the media expert getting a final assessment percentage of 35 in the "Very Appropriate" category, 80 individual trials with the "Eligible" category and testing. Try the small group to get a final percentage of 90 in the category of “Very Eligible”. Keywords: Media quartet cards, measurement, class II students
