Abstract

The rules of industry are to create job opportunity, producing goods that needs by people and other development sector. It also important in order to gain devisa by export product and to save devisa of goods product that remind import. On other side the development of industry is necessary an export that will stimulate the value of devisa, to create job opportunity. The main purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Capital and labour to the product of carved of ‘'Kayu Rengas’* in the Jambi province (case study: carve industry of kayu rengas Betung village). This research has use greatitafive analysis Cobb-Douglas function method and econometrics experiment that are multicollinearities, heteroskedasticities, autocorrelation indicator. The conclusion is that Capital and labor has positive influence to product of carved kayu rengas in Jambi province.
