Abstract

Saat ini ketersediaan air bersih diperkirakan hanya 1.200 m3/kapita/tahun dan dapat dikelola sebanyak 35% pada tahun 2020, sehingga potensi yang tertinggal 400 m3/kapita/tahun (Estika dkk, 2017). Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi penggunaan air yang tinggi, maka perlu dilakukan konservasi air. Dilakukannya konservasi air dapat membantu penghematan penggunaan air (Idhar dan Yuwono, 2019). Sehingga pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis konservasi air pada hotel the zuri dengan menggunakan standar green building yaitu Greenship dan Green Building Index.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan pengamatan langsing di lapangan. Data yang didapat akan dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan standar greenship dan green building index. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis didapatkan kategori konservasi air sesuai standar Greenship khusus existing building version 1.1 pada hotel the zuri Kota Palembang telah menerapkan beberapa kriteria seperti recycled water dan deep well reduction mendapatkan 4 Poin dari 20 poin dan kategori efisiensi air pada standar Green Building Index khusus non-residential existing building (NREB):hotel tepatnya pada hotel the zuri Kota Palembang belum menerapkan kriteria pada standar ini sehingga mendapatkan 0 Poin dari 12 poin.
