Abstract

Heart strain adalah peningkatan denyut nadi, tekanan darah, suhu tubuh, pengeluaran keringat dan penurunan berat pada pekerja. Penyebabnya karena di industri yang menghasilkan lingkungan panas baim dari pembakaran ataupun sinar terik matahari dapat mengalami tekanan panas.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab tekanan darah pada pekerja pembuatan batu bata dan gentengdi Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Belitang Ogan Komering Ilir Ulu Timur.Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 51 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampling dengan total sampling. Teknik analisa data secara univariat dan bivariat. Data kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi untuk menginterpretasikan data tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara tekanan panas (p-value = 0,009), umur (p-value = 0,008), status gizi (p-value = 0,021), lama kerja (p-value = 0,008) dan merokok (p-value = 0,018) dengan tekanan darah. Masa kerja (p-value = 0,147) dan jenis kelamin(p-value = 1,000) tidak memiliki hubungan dengan tekanan darah pada pekerja pembuatan batu bata dan genteng di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Belitang Ogan Komering Ilir Ulu Timur.Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tekanan panas, umur, status gizi, lama kerja dan merokok dengan tekanan darah, sehingga diharapkan pekerja pembuatan batu bata dan genteng mencukupi kebutuhan air selama bekerja dan menggunakan pakaian untuk menyerap keringat serta ada nya kerjamasama antara pihak puskesmas dan pemilik usaha melakukan screening tekanan darah setiap 6 bulan pada pekerja saat bekerja. Kata Kunci : Tekanan Darah, Tekanan Panas, Batu Bata dan Genteng, Kab.OKU Kepustakaan : 40 (1993-2020) OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH FACULTY OF PUBLIC HEALTH SRIWIJAYA UNIVERSITY Thesis, December 28, 2020 Daniel Supriyanto The pressure heat with blood pressure on workers bricks and tile in the village sidomulyo, in belitang, ogan an komering ilir ulu east in 2020 xii + 83 pages, 20 tables, 5 attachmens ABSTRACK Heart strains is improving the pulse, blood pressure,body temperature, expenditure sweat and severe reduction in workers.The cause because in industry that produces environment heat baim of burning or rays the heat can have pressure heat .The purpose of this research to analyze the factors that cause the blood pressure on workers bricks and tile in the village sidomulyo kecamatan belitang ogan komering ilir ulu kelurahan east .The kind of research this descriptive analytic with the approach cross sectional study .The sample are always 51 people.The sampling method of with a total of sampling of the receipt of the technique .Technique in univariat and bivariat data available for analysis .Then data presented in the form of table and for his narrative to the interpretation of the data .The results of the study showed there are the relationship between pressure heat ( p-value = 0,009 ) , p-value = 0.008 ) life , nutritional status of ( p-value = 0,021 ) , long work ( p-value = 0.008 ) and smoking ( p-value = 0,018 ) with blood pressure.Length of employment ( p-value = 0,147 ) and the form sex ( p-value = 1,000 ) had no relationship with blood pressure on workers making bricks and roof-tiles in the village sidomulyo belitang of suspects ogan komering ilir east. From this research it can be concluded that there is a relationship between heat pressure, age, nutritional status, length of work and smoking with blood pressure, so that it is hoped that brick and tile manufacturing workers will meet their water needs while working and use clothes to absorb sweat and there is cooperation between parties.
