Abstract

This paper is about “The Influence of Monetary Expansion in the Form of Banking Loan and Stock Emission Toward Economic Growth Looked from GDP perspective Before And After The Economic Crisis”. This research observation is divided into two periods of time as toid above, from June 1993 to December 1997 known as the before crisis, and from June 1999 to December 2004 known as the after crisis. The main problem attached in this paper is how The Influence of Monetary Expansion in Form of Banking Loan and Stock Emission Toward Economic Growth Looked from GDP perspective Before And After The Crisis exactly is? Based on the model which is used to analyze this problem, paired regression method, the results are as follow : From the first model, found that banking loan variable has a positive influence toward the GDP, the same as banking loan, the stock emission also has a positive influence toward GDP, and it doesn’t against the theory. Meanwhile the second model is also similar with the First one. The (R2) coefficient for the first model is 0,977, means that both independent variables can define 97,7% of the dependent variable’s change, and the rest influenced by other factors. And The.(R2) coefficient for the second model is 0,980, means that both independent variables can define 98,0% of the dependent variable’s change, and the rest influenced by other factors.
