Abstract

One of economi indicator which often used to measure the efficacy of a State in executing development activity i s seen from growth of Gross Domestic Product (PDB). Earnings obtained wiII be used to consume, that goodness to fulfill its lif e requirement. There i s goodness gird the food, clothes and board. But, along with development progress, the society also require something that could give the pacification for themselves and their family. This requirement provided by insurance party especially life insurance. They giving safety to something that possibly will be happened for their clientselves and its family or called as old day saving. This circumstance can take place after existence of payment for a number of premium done by matching with their mutualy agreed between the party of insurance and other party transferring its risk. This circumstance cause that earnings having an effect on premium acceptance, because more high of somebody earnings hence more felt the existence of owned excess fund after used to fulfill their life requirement. As according to the theory by Modigliani and Brurnberg that is connective life cycle hypothesis between saving and earnings in a long term. This Premium purchasing not only inf luenced by somebody earnings, but also influenced by amount of insurance company. More amount of company of life insurance founded at one particular area hence the company tend to earn more amount permeating society fund, because easier reached by difficult hard society without having to go to other or dissimilar place. Insurance companies nowadays were expand along with progressively the increasing of amount of national earnings and sum up the insurance in Indonesia ( specially in period 1990-2003).
