Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan per kapita dan pendidikan aparat pengelola di DISPENDA Kota Palembang terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah selama 12 tahun (1993-2004) dan juga menganalisa efektifitas pemungutan pendapatan asli daerah. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi berganda dengan diolah oleh program komputer shazame. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan per kapita berpengaruh signifikan dan pendidikan aparat pengelola tidak siginifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan pemungutan Pendapatan Asli Kota Palembang efektif.
