Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Price Earning Rcilio (PER), Debt to Ecjuity Ralio (DER) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor perbankan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2007-2012 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 perusahaan pada sektor perbankan yang go public d* Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga terpilih 25 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel PER dan EPS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sedangkan variabel DER tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan ketiga variabel yang digunakan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham.
