Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh fasilitas publik (jumlah gedung sekolah, Rumah sakit dan pelayanan kesehatan serta jumlah petak pasar) terhadap pengeluaran pembangunan Kota Palembang. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh fasilitas publik (jumlah sekolah, rumah sakit dan petak pasar) terhadap pengeluaran pembangunan Kota Palembang adalah tidak signifikan. Jumlah pasar dan rumah sakit menunjukan hubungan positif sedangkan jumlah sekolah menunjukan hubungan yang negatif terhadap pengeluaran pembangunan. Ini dikarenakan dalam penelitian hanya melihat dari perkembangan jumlah bangunan fasilitas publik untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya, dan juga dikarenakan adanya perubahan dari kondisi perekonomian.
